Another Maybe

The hunt continues. We have an offer in on another house, and we just saw this one yesterday and we're writing up an offer today. Maybe this will be the one? This a view of the front yard from the front porch.

Now this is the front of the house. It doesn't have very much curb appeal, but we think once the other people's stuff is gone, and we take the bars off the windows, and put on some new siding it will look a lot better.
This is the backyard. We are not a fan of the above ground pool at all, and we're hoping they will either take it with them or get rid of it before they go. We'll have to discuss it.
This is the living room, the ceilings are like this throughout most of the house. We hope to build a deck off the back and make that window a slider.

This is the dining area. It's not huge, but it's certainly big enough for us.
Now this is my favorite part of the whole house. When I dream of my perfect kitchen, this is what comes out! So pretty! Oh and there's even a spout about the stove so you can fill your pots!!!

This is the master bedroom. It's not huge, but it's big enough. At least as big as ours without their big furniture in it.

This is the second bedroom that we'll make the office, after some painting of course. (I hate baby pink!!!)
This is the third bedroom that will be Joli's. It already has fairy colors and Tinkerbell on it!!! I won't even have to paint!
So that is what we're hoping for. It's another short sale so it will be awhile before they even pretend to give us an answer. We'll see!
