Building Bears

Today we made the ceremonial trip to Build-A-Bear. Joli was so excited to go. It still hasn't sunk in for any of us that Joe will be leaving soon. Joli decided that this time she wanted a bunny.

Markus got a camo bear.

Joli was the helper and pushed the petal to fill the bears.

Joe had to make three recordings!

Markus thought the stuffing machine was really cool.

Joli helped with Markus' bear.

Joli put Markus' heart in after he slobbered on it!

Obviously he likes his bear.

Joli thought it would be a good idea for her to keep Markus' bear company while he slept.

After we were done wandering the mall, we went and had some lunch!

When we got home we got out all the Build-A-Bears we've made in the past few years. From left: Daddy Munky(Joli's from last deployment), Strawberry Bunny(Joli's Today), Lucky Dog(Mine Today), Markus Baby, Camo Bear(Markus'), Goodnight Bear(Mine from last deployment), Love Bear(Joe's from last deployment).

Such a fun family day!
