Today was spent passing out food to the homeless, making sugar cookies and looking at Christmas lights. Such a wonderful day!

These are the ornaments the kids painted when we went to to make their cookie plate for Santa.

These will have pictures in them eventually.

Joli loved putting candy canes on the tree.

Since Joe wanted the sugar cookies, he was in charge of decorating.

Joli was so cute in her apron.

This snowman got a new look! What I find strange is that we didn't end up with any decorated as snowmen!

Markus liked his part of the decorating.

Then we bundled up for lights!

Yep, I Elfed myself!

So sweet.

We came home, got in warm jammies and Daddy read each of them their favorite Christmas library book. Joli picked "A Christmas Kitten".

Markus' favorite book in the world is "Merry Christmas Big Hungry Bear". (I just ordered it!)

Nice snuggles.

Then we put out cookies for Santa and carrotts for the reindeer.

Almost Christmas!!
