Great Shows

Yesterday morning we had the chance to meet my mom and the Carlsbad Library for an awesome show of the world's fastest Etch-A-Sketch man! It was a great show!!

 After the show was over, we went to a yummy sushi lunch!! Markus was actually pretty well behaved!

 Joe got some pretty crazy rolls! He was very happy!

 Joli loved her lunch as usual! She had some tempura shrimp and a California roll. She also tried some of the ginger on the table for the first time.

 It was a very nice time visiting with my mom! After an afternoon nap, we headed over to Qualcomm Stadium for the Supercross races! Since it was military appreciation day, and Joe has some awesome friends, we were able to go behind the Monster buses for some yummy Mexican food, and great company! Joli was happy to get a free Monster hat!

 We were very entertained that even the water was in Monster cans. The kids thought it was great to get to have a "Daddy" drink.

 After walking the whole stadium, we eventually found our seats, but still had some time before the races started. So the kids watched the Cats fix all the dirt for awhile.

 Pretty soon the bikes came out and the kids were so excited!

 The pyrotechnics were amazing! The kids were jumping up and down!

 Then the first race began. I think the kids squealed for at least two minutes straight!

It was such a great night!!
