They've both been in testosterone heaven the past few days!
I've been enjoying the benefits of having a man around too!
Joe being home has brought the fun activity of running errands. Thankfully he hasn't had too much he's had to do, because sitting in the car is NOT Markus' favorite thing to do.
Markus has discovered a new word. He has been saying "Dada", "dog dog", and "gun" for two days!
Joli is starting to realize that she's not the only kid anymore, now that Markus is old enough for Daddy to play with him. So I've been trying to give her some extra "mama" attention. She learned how to sew on buttons yesterday!
She did everything but tie the knot herself!!
Such a great job!
She decided to she wanted to stuff her piece of fabric and turn it into a pillow for her barbies.
Today we ran a few errands and Joe bought the kids some new toys. Markus got a tool set and both the kids loved it! Joli handles a drill like she's been doing it her whole life!
Markus is a good helper!
Of course nothing is more fun than dumping everything on the floor!

Of course Joli would be good with a drill - like mother like daughter! Joe and Markus look completely enamored of each other. I hope Joe remembers to spend time with Joli too!
She's the one who realized how long he was gone and missed him in a more concrete way.
