The kids were very happy to be playing in the backyard.
Then our family started to arrive and Joli spent most of the rest of the afternoon trying to get someone to swing her.
Markus was all about the dump truck and it was even more exciting on a pile of rocks!
He told us all about it.

Then the weather started to get a little nasty, so we headed inside just as Leslie and her kids were arriving. Joli ran off with the boys and they built forts and played "Royal Kingdom" for hours! Markus was fascinated by Elizabeth.
He traveled around the room finding people to play with him.
Uncle Albert was holding Elizabeth and Markus was sure he should be involved.
It was a lovely afternoon with family!
