Beach Time

One of the main attractions in our fine city is the beach! So we made some time to enjoy it. The boys rented us a "fun" bike to ride. It was a lot harder than it looked!

We had the bike for two hours but returned it after one to go sit on the beach!

It was cold, but Joli didn't care!

Berkley was not very impressed.

Markus just wanted daddy to hold him.

We walked out to the water for a minute.

Joli was up for a game of chase!

Then it was time to go.

Markus cuddle for a minute.

Joe used his awesome muscles to carry the little ones.

Then Joe and Sam traded babies.

Joli and I stopped to check out a cool sand castle.

Markus decided to snuggle with Uncle Sam.

Then we headed over to grab something to eat!

The kids had a great time! You just barely see in the mirror that Markus is asleep too!

We got both the girls into their beds but the boy decided to stay up, so we gave him another shot at a cupcake.

Once the last kid went to bed, we had a wonderful time sitting out by the fire and telling stories. This morning Joe had to run into work and Sam and Ashley packed everything up. We went to the park for once last relaxing outing before they had to get on the road!

Joe loved to share his hat with his boy!

Joli wasn't feeling good and ended up going back and forth between playing with Joe on the playground and hiding under a blanket.

Then it was time to go. We were very sad to say goodbye, we had such a great time! We will miss them.
