I can't hardly believe that my baby turned two today!!! He's so big!!! He got a birthday hat at school and his teacher said that he was the first kid to ever wear it the whole day! He loved it and wanted to wear it all the time. When we got home from school the kids finished their lunches together.
I just love Joli in braids.
While the kids were napping, I fixed up the little cake I bought at the store.
Once we ate one of Markus' favorite meals (chicken fettuccine alfredo and broccoli), we sang "Happy Birthday".
Markus was so pumped he was blowing before Joe got to the table!
Then Joe took the cake to cut it and put it on plates and Markus just did not understand.
When he finally got his piece he was still blowing!
Joli was just excited about cake.
Markus was very into the cake.
We had a lot of fun.
Even Joe enjoyed a little cake!
Once we got he kitchen cleaned up, we gave Markus a little remote control car. It only has a forward button and backward button, so it's pretty simple, and it was under $5! Markus is so obsessed!! The kids played for a long time.
It was so much fun! It took Markus over an hour to go to sleep because he was so upset that I wouldn't let him sleep with it!
Joli had her preschool graduation this evening! She's having a very hard time understanding why she graduated but she's still going to school through the summer. It's rather entertaining.
She's such a big girl now!!! I can't believe it's almost time for kindergarten!
The little ceremony was so cute!
It was a very nice day!!!
