Once we all finished our frozen yogurt, we got the kids on their bikes and started gathering things to go to the playground. Uncle Dylan was given tricycle pushing duties, and he and Markus had a great time.
She's not a diva or anything!
Putting Joli's shoes on AGAIN!
Some party favors.
A little party freak.
Apparently Markus was bored with waiting for us and started to wander off.
Then we finally made it to the playground. Markus had a ton of fun playing, but really wanted to play with this scooper and was very upset that there was someone on it.
We ended up going to a different part of the playground because he just couldn't wait his turn. He wasn't too thrilled with this plan. So Joe stepped in and cheered him up.
Markus was still a little ticked at Joe for making him leave that area, so he and I played for awhile.
We went and found Nikki and Ry-Ry.
Joli and Syrus were all about the rock climbing wall and showing each other up on it!
Joe found his other baby and they played "daddy style"
I don't know how she does it without throwing up!
Slides are better...
Uncle Dylan proved his climbing skills too. :)
Best friends ever!
Senor Poopy Pants found a bucket and a spot to pout.
This is "man" talk.
This is "woman" talk.
After awhile we decided we were all cold enough and headed back to our houses with some happy faces. All the kids got to open their party favors and were pretty happy.
Once we got everything unloaded, it was time for Markus to open his presents! Tessa and Jerry got him a package of Hot Wheels and a monster truck! Markus was in love!
Shane, Abby, Syrus, and Lilly got Markus a dinosaur puppet. He had equal amounts of happiness and fear. It was pretty hilarious!
Then he opened his present from Chris, Kacie, Charlotte, and Caroline!
It was a dinosaur safari truck!
He and Joli were both in love!!
Joe kept trying to convince Markus to come touch the dinosaur puppet, he wasn't thinking it was a good plan.
Before long Markus figured out how to use the puppet and then used him to "eat" us throughout the evening. The presents were all a huge hit and not one kid bothered me while I was making dinner!! Thanks everyone for the presents and for coming to the party!!
