When I asked Joe what he wanted to do for Father's Day, he said he wanted to take everyone hiking. So that is just what we did!! Everyone had a great time! Joli complained quite a bit but even she had some fun. The dogs LOVED it, and Joe and I had a great time seeing them enjoy themselves. Markus loves riding in the backpack, so he was pretty happy too. All in all we ended up walking almost five miles. It was such a lovely day!
After a very expressive round of complaints, I gave Joli a little break by putting her in between me and my backpack.
Havoc was so good about staying with us, especially after we walked quite a bit!
It was pretty funny looking back and the dogs and the kids playing in the back.

The pond was Brody's favorite part. He kept running back in for just one more!

Joli going on and on about how we were torturing her and how she couldn't wait to get back to the comforts of her room.
Markus thought the dogs in the pond was very interesting.
