Day Eleven

I got a call from the school this morning saying that Joli was sick and needed to go home. Yeah, sure looks like it....

While Joli spent three hours actively playing without a hint of illness, I went about the business of putting snowflake flannel sheets on all our beds!! So cozy! This is mine and Joe's bed....
 Joli's bed...
Markus' bed (thank you for the sheets Grandma Barb! It was a great box of treasures!!)...
Before we went to pick up Markus, I had Joli open today's package so we could be ready.
Today's activity was to hand out food and water to the homeless!
The kids did such a great job, I was so proud of them! Joli could hardly wait to start, and jumped out of the car to help the first man she saw. Markus saw this and was ready to help as well when two ladies came by in wheel chairs! So proud of my little helpers! They told everyone "Merry Christmas", and can't wait to do it again! Next time we will bring much, much more!!
