Joli had a great time in the grass, playing with the stroller and in the sand! I realized after we left that we never actually did play in the play ground. Oh well Joli seemed to still have a great time!
After we came home I took a shower and we headed out to have lunch with Joe. We went to the local bar and grill that all his work buddies go to. I've never been there before and I have to say it really was a "hole in the wall", but the food was good! Then we decided to walk around Coronado. On our way to the book store we walked by the creamery and Joli got to ride on their "pet" cow!
I think she really liked it because she got mad when Joe took her off. Once we were done with the book store and had done plenty of wondering through one of our favorite shops, properly named Bullshirt, we then headed to every one's favorite, Starbucks! We drank pumpkin spice frapaccino's (because it's still fairly warm here), and Joli played with their newest stuffed toy, (which her daddy bought her before we left!)
We then headed down to the beach where we were meeting some friends to take our Christmas photos. Apparently it had already been a hard day because Joli crashed out. (Notice shiny new stuffed pumpkin!)
And so did her daddy!
Once our friends got there we had a lovely time in the warm Coronado wind taking pictures. I won't show them all because then our Christmas cards won't be a surprise, but here's a little teaser!
