Yesterday we were very excited that Grandma Lori and Papa Paul arrived! This first set of pictures was actually from this evening, but they got out of order for some reason. After dinner everyone went out into the yard to play football.

I had to take this picture of Markus with my sunflower because it just amazes me that it's so big!
While Joli was in school the rest of us decided to go on a trolley adventure! Dad was very excited!
Markus was.... special.
They came all the way to San Diego, twenty minute trolley ride, then we watched the construction workers pour cement.
Eventually we made it to the bay, where Markus thought he should try and give everyone a heart attack.
Markus was generally only happy when someone was holding him.
I'm pretty sure Markus has been tired for about a week.
Next we got on the ferry to Coronado! There was a lot to look at.
We made it across the bay and grabbed some lunch. Markus was in a pleasant mood then!
This was right before Markus fell asleep and slept all the way home.
