The Ninth Day of Christmas

Today our activity was to watch a Christmas movie, but there aren't really any pictures to be taken of that. However, while Markus and I were at the store, someone left a box of lemons from their tree, labeled "take however many you need". Since I had some room in one of my bags, we took enough to make a pitcher of lemonade! Markus was so excited to make lemonade! He did a great job!
Joli worked on her homework while Markus squeezed.

Once Joli was finished, she helped in the squeezing process.
Markus moved on to helping me with the sugar syrup.
We used quite a lot of lemons!
But we ended up with a large pitcher of lemonade, and it tasted delicious!!

Joli didn't seem to want to stop talking today, so I took a picture of her mid-story.

 It was a delicious afternoon.
This evening we headed to the airport to pick up Joe! The kids were super excited, and literally bouncing off the walls most of the evening, but then Markus fell asleep in the car on the way there...
Joli was flitting and twirling all over the airport!
They both screamed and ran with they saw Joe though!
They were excited to help him with his bags.
It's nice to have your daddy back.
I was very pleased with the decorations in the airport too! Their trees were beautiful!!
It was a very nice day!
