Yesterday was a baking day!
I made our Solstice cookie.
The kids were very excited to sing "Happy Birthday" to the sun!
It was quite yummy too!
I also made zucchini brownies, which Joe was thrilled about!
Since we made peppermint snowflakes for the kids teachers, and only kept out a few for us, I made some with dark chocolate last week. But those were gone within a day! So I decided to make a bunch of both, and hope they'll make it till Christmas!
I also made Grandma Betty's gingerbread dough, and it's chilling in the fridge, waiting to be rolled out! I can't wait!!
