Joli and I had a really hard time saying good-bye to Kota, and since Joe and I had discussed getting another cat once he had gone, we decided that we would rather go looking for one than to cry all day. So after looking at several cats we came across a little girl that was older than the other kittens but still a baby. Since she looks a lot like our first baby, Romeo, we decided to call her Juliet!
Joli loves her and is quickly learning how to be nice and sweet. We were a little worried because she's so used to running around with Kota that she wouldn't know how to be nice, but I think the whole kitten factor has played out well.
Juliet is a very loving cat and we are sure she is going to fit in with our family very nicely!
We plan to get another cat this week that is the same age just because we know how much better it is for the cats to have someone to keep them company when we are not home.
