Today was day one in my quest to see if Joli is ready to potty-train. She has been using the toilet off and on since August but nothing consistant. So throughout the week we talked about her beginning to wear underwear and how she is not supposed to pee or poop in them. Then today we woke up and Joli said she was ready to wear the underwear. Here she is in her outfit for the day.
Joli did so well for her first day in underwear. She wore the same pair all day without any accidents until 8:30 tonight! I think the problem was that she was engrossed in her movie and forgot, but we can work on that. She loves that little baby chair!
I'm so impressed by how well she's doing. We went out and ran two errands with Joli in underwear and there were no accidents and we even left them on at naptime without an accident. I hope it keeps going this well.
