We got ourselves out of bed today and headed up to Escondido to the
Mosaic Garden! We picked up Kacie and Charlotte on the way and met our friends Abby, Syrus, and Lily. Here we are getting ready to see the area.
This is the entrance to the mosaic garden. It was so awesome! The artist that did it worked on it until she died at age 91, and I have to say it is beautiful way to be remembered!
There were all kinds of nooks and crannies for the kids to pop in and out of.
This was the main sculpture that was huge!
The kids loved this little sculpture because it had fun stairs to climb on.
Here's my little diva posing!
Joli loves snakes and there were snakes everywhere! Here she is climbing on one statue full of snakes.
Here is the other side of the main statue.
Another hole to pop out of!
This one was up pretty high but Joli liked trying to touch the top.
More snakes!! Watch out Joli!
It was such an awesome park! I think it's definitely one of the places to see in San Diego!
