It was pouring rain when we got up so I got the kids all bundled up for our big outing.
We finally made it to Coronado and it was so pretty! The rain had stopped and it was perfectly overcast.
I took over 400 pictures today and this is as much as I could narrow it down.
Part of plan was to take the kids on the ferry across the bay to Seaport Village. We had to get at least one family shot.
Markus was totally fascinated by the boat.
Joli was really happy to see the boats that she got to see with her daddy.

The kids ran ALL day! Markus was the only one that sat in a stroller!
When we first got there, the kids were all about spotting fish.
Lilly did her own thing and pushed the car.
Joli and Syrus spent the whole walk trying to be better than the other.
We found the coolest leaves to do crayon rubbings!
We took time to chase the birds.
I think she misses her daddy.
A little history lesson.
We collected a lot of leaves.
Markus finally gave up and fell asleep.
This sculpture was so fun.

Went for a ride on a carousel and Joli wanted to sit on the angels seat.
Markus thought it was pretty cool.
There was a really cool hammock store and we played there for awhile.
Markus loved swinging.
We had lunch at a little cafe on the water. Markus did not feel like sitting by himself so he sat on my lap through most of lunch. Made it real easy to eat.
Fortunately he fell asleep right at the end of lunch and buried himself in his blanket.
We had such an amazing view.
The birds had a great lunch with all the kids dropping food!
Abby was a sweetheart and told them it was my birthday!
Once lunch was over the kids took off again.
We found some awesome crabs too!

Once we got back across the bay, Syrus and Joli were playing "Prince and Princess" and waking each other from a deep sleep.
It was such an amazing day! I definitely had a happy birthday!

So many great photos. Those crabs are really amazing. The kids look like they had fun all day. I like how the Princess was waking the Prince instead of the other way around. Really cute photo of you and Joli together. Too many things to remember more comments. Thanks for posting so many pics. I really really need to see Markus, he's getting big so fast.
